According to Engadget, they have the full set of specifications for the Google Nexus One phone that is said to come out in January. Keep in mind, there's still no confirmation from Google but the rumors sure do get strong and specific. It will have:

- 5MP camera with LED flash
- 3.7" AMOLED screen (fine detail)
- GSM receiver for T-Mobile and AT&T compatibility only, and 3G only on T-Mobile
- 1GHz processor, making it possibly one of the fastest phones available
- 512MB of RAM
- 4GB storage expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card
- Wireless-N Wi-Fi (great range)
- Bluetooth, GPS, accelerometer, etc.

If all these details are true, they pose a sure fired threat to the Apple iPhone. After all, no other phone company can ever match Apple like the ranks of Google can. We'll see how they match up if the rumors end up being confirmed in the near future.
