Run for your lives! Twitter last night was briefly, but still enough to make an impact on Twitter users, was HACKED by a group of people called the Iranian Cyber Army. They disturbed Twitter's DNS records. Or in human terms, they removed all of Twitter's logos and content and replaced the site with their own, I believe by redirecting to their site.

As a popular site, Twitter should be much more secure. It definitely makes you wonder about even using Twitter, with the possibility that your own content could be hacked and used against you. A screenshot is provided of last night's "Twitter home page". All is well now, but Twitter needs to step up their game so this does not under any circumstances happen again.
