Dell plans to release their very own smartphone exclusively on AT&T, announced by AT&T themselves this morning. It has only been selling in Brazil so far. Specs and other details have not been announced, however, the Android, in all of its growing popularity, will be running on the phone -- definitely.

AT&T will also be introducing more Android smartphones over the course of 2010 to compete with the other carriers who already started implementing phones with the OS onto their sales racks.
