I realized that having just a list of categories on the right sidebar could get very cluttered. Plus, they were soft of in the gray zone between too general and too specific. So today, Bitts will introduce Units and Labels, two different ways to categorize and view articles on Bitts.


UNITS
Bitts has four main units. Units are what we call the different main categories of all of Bitts. There's Internet for all of your website and/or social networking news. There's Electronics for all the latest gadgetry and other device news. There's Mobile for basically anything involving a phone or a carrier. And finally, there's software -- anything you download.

Units can be found at the very top of the page on the gray bar under the Bitts logo. To access all the articles on Bitts for every single unit in one place, just visit the home page.


LABELS
Labels is more close to the previous "Categories" section. It is found in the right sidebar, and has more specific topics. Right now there are few, but as more articles are posted, it will grow into a wide array of topics on Bitts. They help break it down to exactly what news you're looking for. Big font sizes for labels means that topic has a lot of articles tagged with that label, smaller font sizes are vice versa.


So that's a quick look at some new features on Bitts. Plus, you may also notice some other tweaks to the layout such as the "About Bitts" section underneath Labels in the sidebar, where you can read about Bitts, plus switch from Standard or Mobile view of the website.
