Apple today announced that they have officially sold one million iPads, both in WiFi and WiFi + 3G flavors. This is a tremendous milestone for the company, considering it took over double that time to first sell one million iPhones after launch. In the press release, Steve Jobs appears to say:

"One million iPads in 28 days-that's less than half of the 74 days it took to achieve this milestone with iPhone," said Steve Jobs, Apple's CEO. "Demand continues to exceed supply and we're working hard to get this magical product into the hands of even more customers."

One again, he calls it magical. While the public has their doubts, maybe this device has a little hidden magic in it after all.
