Facebook seems to be testing more design changes to their home page (as usual) but this time it's not the page itself, it's the publisher. The publisher is the box at the top that allows you to share statuses, photos, videos, and links with your friends and edit the privacy settings for those particular posts. Facebook confirmed they are testing these changes to Mashable in an email. From the photo below, it seems like this new publisher design is in its prime, so don't expect this to be rolled out just yet. "If it ain't broke, fix it anyway." Right?
