BREAKING: Twitter has just announced some extreme changes to the Twitter applications on Facebook and LinkedIn that will allow you to not only sync and connect your accounts between the different sites, but also let you know which of your Facebook/LinkedIn friends are on Twitter and automatically follow them. The new app for Facebook is now live and available here. Twitter just also published a blog post further explaining these new features.
