Verizon Wireless to Launch Complete Rebranding Campaign?
Hell, AT&T's done it so why not Verizon this time? Droid Life seems to have been tipped that this Sunday will mark a major rebranding on Verizon Wireless. The most notable change will be a name switch from "Verizon Wireless" to just "Verizon", however this name change won't be permanent. Instead, just a drop of the "Wireless" addition for the campaign. The second will be their new slogan to "rule the air". The new campaign will supposedly focus on their wide selection of high-end Android handsets.
As for the iPhone 4? An additional source tells Droid Life that in a meeting discussing Sunday's plans, Verizon also discussed the fact that they are still not interested in this iPhone 4 as of now and will really be putting a lot of backbone behind Android.
