Tumblr announced this morning that their official Android application is now in the Android Market. It provides nearly the same user interface as the iPhone app and is available as free download right here (direct download).

Tumblr is a free online blogging service that takes a different twist than normal blogs. This allows you to post your content by type: Text, Photo, Video, Audio, Chat, Quote, or Link. Plus you can follow other Tumblr blogs and reblog their posts or "like" it to store it in your favorites.
