Apple, at their music event today, also unveiled a brand new version of iTunes, that being iTunes 10. The most prominent feature is Ping. Ping is a social network that will allow you to follow your favorite artists and see what photos they post, status updates, or even what artists they like and recommend. You will also be able to find friends and see what kind of music they are listening to. All of this information will be consolidated into the Recent Activity feed and can even be accessed on iOS 4.1 coming soon for iPod Touch, iPad, and iPhone.
