Microsoft has sent out invites to a press event just one week from today. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and AT&T CEO Ralph de la Vega will be up on stage to most likely announced the official launch of Windows Phone 7 and a partnership with AT&T to provide the new phones exclusively on AT&T at the launch. Microsoft is also holding an event that same day in London, presumably to announce the very same thing.
