A small blog at pspfano.com just got a lot bigger. The author took to Apple Store's online chat to try and carefully get them to reveal when the iPad 2 would come out. It worked. Specifically, Apple expert by the name of Kristie said in the chat:

It should be available in January. It will have a lot of features. I can't say what they are but they are mind blowing.

Now mind you the chat could be fake considering that Apple employees have been known to quickly get fired after releasing even the slightest detail on an unannounced product. This could also be a controlled leak as well, which Apple has been rumored to do every now and then.
