Facebook Accidentally Leaks New Features Coming Soon

For about 45 minutes today, Facebook accidentally published quite a few new features that were visible to some members of the social network. As expected, a redesign of Facebook Pages was one of these features accidentally published. It included a similar design to the home page and user profile layouts, along with a new ability to link multiple Facebook accounts to that specific page to be controlled easier.

The second one, and my personal favorite, is Memories. Memories would be a special place on your profile to allow you to wander back into time through the years you've been on Facebook. It would display photos, status updates, and fun facts about your time spent on Facebook. For instance, as displayed in the screenshot below, the top of the Memories section would have the number of photos, status updates, friends added, likes, events, and check-ins in any given year.

While these features are not out yet, the accidental leak earlier today means that they are working hard over there in Palo Alto to crank these features out as soon as they can. Until then, we can only await their arrival.
