It's official! Apple will officially hold an event at 10 a.m. pacific time at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. As always Apple has sent out a very secretive invitation, with the above image saying "Come see what 2011 will be the year of." One 9to5Mac commenter has translated this into: "You were considering a Xoom? You're going to feel like an idiot on March 2!" Nicely put.

Now for speculation. The front-facing camera is obviously hidden on the photo, but we are almost certain it is coming. The Maps app is slightly shown though which might hint at some new location feature. That's really all we know for now. We'll know a lot more in just one week!
