BlackBerry PlayBook Adds Support for Android Apps

In what most will consider a very wise move on RIM's part, they have decided to open up the BlackBerry PlayBook to fully support Android apps. This means that they don't need to lay awake at night wondering if their tablet app store will be a success because it already is! In a press release, RIM says that developers just need to repackage, code sign, and then submit their BlackBerry Java or Android (Gingerbread) app to be distributed in the BlackBerry App World. It just goes to show, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
