Now for your iPhone only, Apple is finally letting loose with the streaming apps. UStream's app finally has full features. You can now stream live video right from your iPhone onto UStream for free. You can also vote in polls about the video, see a chatroom for the video, and view other live videos.

It's a big surprise that Apple is approving these apps all of a sudden. Either someone with a lot of money was furious, or AT&T is stepping up their game. The live video streaming works over both 3G and WiFi. And streaming live video over 3G hogs up a lot of data usage.

Either way, it's nice to see Apple letting loose on the rules and taking its customers opinions into consideration without making commercials about their customers thinking of an idea for a new operating system in the shower...
