The Next Big Thing: Vevo Music Videos
BREAKING NEWS: YouTube, Google, and Universal (YouTube being owned by Google) launched a brand new site just now called Vevo. It's a brand new site specifically aimed at music videos. Since music videos are extremely popular on YouTube, it's great that they are finally making a dedicated site for it.
While no HD is supported until next year, it does include synchronized and integrated lyrics. Vevo will also be integrated with YouTube. When you search for a music video, Vevo will come up in the results.
So yes, this is the next big thing for music videos. And probably the next big thing on the internet since frickin' YouTube is launching it.
