Feature after feature after feature comes Bing Maps Beta, a new version of Bing Maps that Bing launched today at bing.com/maps/explore. With it, comes the main rivalry with Google Maps. Therefore, Bing now includes a street view on its maps plus easier navigation.

While these are handy, the biggest feature is definitely Map Apps. They are apps that companies can include onto Bing to incorporate their feature or service into a map. The most popular one? Twitter. Yes, with the new geolocation feature in Twitter, you can see the most recent tweets pinpointed around the world from where they were sent, but only for users with geolocation turned ON in their Twitter Settings. You can also search for tweets and zoom in on specific parts of the world to see recent tweets from that location.
