BREAKING: A spokesperson from Twitter has said that they plan to release sometime soon, all the Twitter usernames that are inactive and still have an account. If you all remember the Facebook username rush back in 2009 when Facebook created usernames for accounts, this could be big.

No date has been released yet and it hasn't been confirmed by Twitter (the site itself, which would usually be on its blog) yet, but we do know that to be considered inactive, no activity must be performed on the Twitter account by the owner for over 6 months.
