Apple Announces Aperture 3

Apple Announces Aperture 3

This morning, the Apple online store was down for about two hours. This is always a good sign that Apple is putting new products into the store. Now, you may think it was the iPad being put in there for preorders, or maybe iLife '10?

No. It came as a shock, Apple's own major photo editing software for Mac. Aperture 3. It's been two years since Aperture was updated. It has now been made for both consumers and hard photo editors. Plus, it has integration with Faces and Places in the most recent iLife suite.

Aperture 3 will set you back 200 bucks, or 100 if you're upgrading, but it's a worthy photo editor--if you own a Mac.
