Now that he has little to do, @ConanOBrien is officially on Twitter. Mashable noticed the new account, contacted Twitter, and it has been confirmed that Conan O'Brien has indeed created his own Twitter account. As of now he has a bit over 55,000 followers and his follower count is growing rapidly at about 5-10 new followers per second. (I timed my refreshes of the page). He only has one tweet right now which quotes:
