iTunes Hits 10 Billion Song Downloads
UPDATE (2/25): Apple announced today the winner and winning song for the 10 billion song download contest for iTunes. The winning song was "Guess Things Happen That Way" by Johnny Cash, and it was downloaded by Louie Sulcer of Woodstock, Georgia. This lucky man has a $10,000 iTunes gift card coming his way.
Remember that contest that was posted about two weeks ago saying that a countdown has begun for iTunes to reach its ten billionth song download? Well, my friends, that huge milestone has been reached.
Yes, Apple has hit its ten billionth song download. Apple has not yet announced who won the $10,000 iTunes gift card for downloading the ten billionth song, but I'm sure they will soon. They've also announced the top songs downloaded of all time which can be viewed by clicking here. Congratulations, iTunes!
