A developer has discovered when submitting an application that under the category section to put that app, there is now a "Explicit" category. Seems odd, after Apple just removed over 5000 applications that were considered a bit explicit. If they were planning to create an Explicit category, why didn't they just move those applications into the category instead of remove them alltogether?

Phil Schiller told The New York Times that well-known and established brands would remain in the app store. Is the explicit section only going to be for these "established" brands such as Playboy? And do you think Apple should have any explicit content in its app store?
