Apple iPad to be Available March 26
With all the rumors that circulated before the iPad's confirmation, it's now time for the rumors to start flying about when it's going to be released. The last confirmed word from Apple was that the WiFi only version would be released in late March, and the WiFi and 3G would be in late April. The latest rumor seems to pinpoint those dates.
The rumor is released by Apple's own retail store employees. They are reporting that they must undergo a training session for the iPad on March 10. Followed by that training session, will come the iPad's first commercial debut which is rumored to air on March 15. Finally, the iPad release date is said to be on March 26.
This rumor doesn't seem to support the idea of preordering the iPad, which many people had hoped for. Plus, rumors that have come about in the past that got too specific about too many things usually proved to be false. This seems to be specific for three different iPad events, which is quite a bit. It's not to say that one of those dates above are correct, though. The L.A. Examiner reports that March 26th isn't the exact date, but it's only likely.
