More Firefox 4 Details Revealed, Arriving Late 2010?

Yesterday, Mozilla revealed more features that are expected to come in Firefox 4, the next major release of the popular web browser, Mozilla Firefox. They also have an official slideshow (below) that goes more in depth in details and screenshots. Mozilla's plans for Firefox 4 is to be faster, more secure, and friendlier. Plus they plan to give great tools for developers as well.

There's also a brand new clean design to Firefox 4 that we got a glimpse of last year. Not much as changed with it, but it's nice to know Mozilla's ditching that old Windows XP design that current versions of Firefox still have. Among the new features come geolocation, HTML5, CSS3, multi-touch support, better "relationships" with websites, a new add-on manager, application tabs, and Firefox Sync.

Mozilla also has a planned beta release with frequent updates starting in June, with an RC and final release sometime in November 2010. Since Mozilla had a ridiculously well-known reputation for delaying products, I'd expect a final release in Q1 2011.
