Doodle Jump Wins 2010 Apple Design Award

Doodle Jump Wins 2010 Apple Design Award

Congratulations to Doodle Jump, the highly addictive iPhone and iPod Touch game involving tilting your phone to have a small character get higher and higher by jumping on platforms and and shooting enemies. (It really is fun.) Doodle Jump has won this year's Apple Design Award at Apple's World Wide Developers Conference which continues into Friday. In order to receive an Apple Design Award, your iPhone OS app must show technology adoption, quality design and user experience, innovation, and performance.

Last year's winners were MLB.com at Bat 2009, Postage, Topple 2, and Tweetie, which is now Twitter for iPhone. Doodle Jump had a few choice words to say about their award on their Facebook page.
