TechCrunch has confirmed with multiple sources that Google will soon be launching Google Games later this year, with one of the spotlights being Zynga. Zynga is the company that creates the popular Facebook games such as FarmVille, FishVille, YoVille, and many others. Google apparently invested anywhere between $100 and $200 million into Zynga. Zynga's profits for the first half of 2010 are are expected to be around $350 million, a very impressive number. It's easy to see Google Games being a future success with Zynga and hopefully other partnerships on the horizon.
