BGR has gotten an exclusive email conversation between a reader and Steve Jobs about -- you guessed it -- antenna problems with the iPhone 4. While the reader may be over hyped, it seems as though Steve Jobs himself is way too calm about the whole situation. Steve Jobs does point out that they are working on the situation, but offers little help other than that and actually contradicts his marketing multiple times.
