Surprise, surprise. Here is another complete overhaul of the Bitts website. In fact, I got to work on this one not long after the last major revision back in April. I don't like to keep designs for too long because I think a website can get boring with the exact same layout. There were originally two other previous layouts that were going to be the base for the site in Bitts 3 but were scrapped in favor of this one (plus a lot of revisions and tweaking made to this one). The most notable changes are the Follow/Subscribe links now in the top right and the Top Stories bar at the top (previously in the right sidebar). That bar also morphs into the More bar when you click the "more" option in navigation. There's also a Twitter feed and an archive now added to the sidebar.

The biggest addition to Bitts 3 is an interactive section called The Lounge. The Lounge is going to be a place on Bitts with more interactive blog posts that don't necessarily report news. There will be technology jokes posted there, questions, debates, and it's all for you to get involved in. You'll be able to submit your own questions for Bitts readers to answer or submit technology stories or photos to share. Folks will be able to comment and debate in the comments section below each article. If The Lounge is proven to be successful, the best comments will be showcased in the sidebar of all of Bitts. More information on The Lounge will be posted soon before its launch.
