JD Power and Associates has now ranked the iPhone 4 as the phone with the highest customer satisfaction. It received an 800 out of 1000, just above LG's 731. 9to5Mac graciously tells Consumer Reports to "suck it" in their article. I would comment on this, but we already know how I feel about CR.

What's ironic about this graph is that what the iPhone appears to lack is not physical design, but battery function. It was rated the worst out of all the phone manufacturers listed. While there are lemons that will go around occasionally, the iPhone 4 does promise superb battery life. My theory on this is that since Apple presents their battery life stats in a categorized manner, people tend to get confused as to how long overall use should really be.

Either way, iPhone has still ranked above all others. Again.
