Verizon Wireless announced today that the Motorola Droid X will finally be getting the Android 2.2 "Froyo" update tomorrow via an over the air update to all phones. When the Droid X was first announced earlier this summer, Verizon and Motorola both promised that Droid X would eventually get the Froyo update even though it was shipping with Android 2.1.
