You'll now be able to link your iTunes Ping account with your Twitter account. In a collaboration announced today by Twitter, linking your accounts will allow you to find anyone you follow on Twitter on Ping as well as automatically share any of your activity to Twitter.

In addition, Twitter will make great use of their double-pane view to see any iTunes content posted to Twitter. When an iTunes link is posted to Twitter, that tweet will have a music symbol on the right. You can then click the tweet to show album art and even song previews in the right pane.

Now that we have Twitter in Ping, maybe we can hopefully settle the dispute between Apple and Facebook and bring Facebook integration back to Ping. Yes?
