Well gosh, as if this wasn't coming. The Google Nexus S phone, the successor to Nexus One only now it's made by Samsung rather than HTC, has finally been made official and will be the first phone to ship with Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" with no UI layers added. It will feature a 4" display, 16GB storage built in, 512MB RAM, a 5MP camera on the back with a front-facing camera as well, 1GHz Hummingbird processor, and a built in gyroscope. It also features a unique curved display. The Google Nexus S will be available online or in-stores via Best Buy Mobile for $199 with a two-year contract exclusively on T-Mobile, or $529 unlocked.
