GlobalDirectParts has published a video of what looks like a leaked iPhone 5. It could also be a a modified iPhone to be released on Verizon, but after watching the video it looks like there's too many changes for it to be just a carrier difference. The majority of the changes take place inside the phone with smaller parts, larger parts, or missing parts all together. On the outside though, the supposed iPhone 5 has different antenna locations and if you look carefully, you can see the metal band is a slightly lighter shade of silver. I'll let the video show you the rest.

Update (3:16p ET): The video was removed below by none other than Apple, Inc. for copyright infringement. That pretty much confirms the parts shown were for an upcoming iPhone model.
