Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate Made Public

Internet Explorer 9 has been in beta for a while, but today Microsoft announced that IE9 has hit the release candidate milestone. There's a number of enhancements and fixes from the beta. For one, IE9 is now 35% faster. For a few more, there's the ability to put tabs in their own row on the browser, a new notifications system, and additional support for the HTML5 standard.

Of course this announcement means that we are much closer to the final, stable release of Internet Explorer 9. With IE9, Microsoft finally has some potential to compete with other browsers. Overall, the browser offers a clean interface, good security, and speed. For more, check out my initial review.
