The Motorola Atrix 4G, AT&T's first 4G smartphone, will be available on the network starting February 22nd for $199 on a two-year contract. You remember the Atrix, don't you? It was one of the most hyped phones at CES. It also has an optional laptop accessory for bringing your smartphone experience to a laptop that will cost a wallet-sucking $500. Did AT&T just beat Verizon in the race to see which can put a 4G phone on their carrier first? Yes they did.
