Here's What Happens When You Type Up a Blog Post on iPad

Just a brief note. This entire blog post is typed using nothing but the software keyboard of the iPad 2. Any mistakes made typing will not be corrected to show the effect.
So I received my iPad in the mail today. I thought it would ve (be) useful to type up a blog post and show the world if it's easy to type on the iPad because it seems there is a general consensus that it is not. I'm happy to report it is actually pretty easy, although the on screen keyboard definitely takes some getting used to.
Accuracy is pretty good. So far on this post I've noticed I have only made one mistake. I really think people can type much longer than this if they needed to if positioned right. It is somewhat awkward though. The keyboard is at the exact same angle as the display so depending on the y (way) youbare (you are) sitting, your head is positioned downward for most of your typing. Right now I have my legs put up and bender with the iPad on my lap on an angle. The smart cover is folded behind it and actually goffers (offers) a fantastic grip on the device.
Typing in portrait mode is fine for sending/posting quick messages here and thre (there), but for typing relatively long articles up like this one, it's just not adequate.
So, let's analyze. Five mistakes in a post with 252 words, equalling roughly a 2% error rate. Not too shabby at all.
