Less Than a Month After IE9 Launches, Microsoft Unveils Internet Explorer 10
Microsoft unveiled a platform preview of Internet Explorer 10 at the MIX11 developer conference today. This new comes less than a month after Microsoft launched Internet Explorer 9 to the public. The company began developing IE10 just three weeks ago and already the preview is available for download. Right now there's nothing new to show. Instead, IE10 currently focuses on improvements in hardware acceleration and the latest web standards such as HTML5 and CSS3. Since Microsoft is finally hitting the big double digits with IE, I look forward to what else they have in store for the browser in the future.
