How Bitts Has Grown, Thanks to You
Hi. My name is George, and I am the primary author of every single article that gets posted here at Bitts. I wanted to take the time to explain a few things:

- Changes that have been made to Bitts
- Our growth and how you, the reader, is involved
- The future of Bitts
Let's start with the changes. We've made quite a few minor changes to Bitts since the initial launch of the website on December 1, 2009. This started out with our iPhone/Android compatible website which can be accessed by typing in techbitts.com on one of those mobile phones. Then, the Meebo Bar was implemented at the bottom of every page to chat with friends on Facebook, AIM, GTalk, and more right from the site. After that, we made some changes to the way articles were sorted out by introducing two new categorizing options: Units and Labels. That was followed by our free Google Chrome extension, a Tumblr page in addition to our Facebook and Twitter pages, Google Friend Connect (which has since been removed), and most recently, a new commenting system for articles enabling you to log in with your Disqus, Facebook, Twitter, or Yahoo! account. Unfortunately, also, you may notice some blank spaces and blocks around Bitts lately. This is where the ads used to be. For some reason, Google has cancelled my AdSense account, so as of now I am posting articles out of the kindness of my heart with no money involved whatsoever. I hope AdSense will overlook their decision soon.
As for our growth, in less than four months, Bitts has grown from 50 subscribers, all the way to 900+ total subscribers and is growing at a great rate. For this, I'd like to thank all our readers and subscribers. Because of your clicks on Twitter and Facebook, retweets, RSS subscriptions, and even recommendations to others, our growth has skyrocketed. Thank you for being loyal. Bitts tries to provide the best experience in technology news that people WANT to hear about. Not some other sites that can post more than 20 articles a day, and let's face it--many are pointless. At Bitts, we post the best of the best each day with usually no more than four per day and sometimes much less than that. Thank you, readers.
Finally, the future of Bitts. What are we going to do now? Well, only time can tell. I do hope to implement a complete site redesign within the coming months that can showcase certain things a little bit better. Plus, you can expect more growth, more features, and more of your favorite news. You can always email me at george@techbitts.com for feedback or suggestions. I'd love to hear from you!
So that's it. I just wanted to touch on the state of Bitts right now, and thank you to our loyal fanbase. P.S. If you want to hear more exclusive news about Bitts, visit the specific label by clicking here.
