Now being delivered to houses and put on shelves in stores, the WiFi and 3G version of the Apple iPad is now available. The 16GB model is $629, 32GB is $729, and 64GB is $829, putting the 3G models $130 ahead of the current WiFi models which came out April 3rd.

The iPad 3G is only available on AT&T and with two data plans. For $14.99, you can get 250MB of data per month and for $29.99 per month, you can get unlimited data.
