Engadget seems to have reason to believe that the HTC EVO 4G will be getting Android "Froyo" as soon as this weekend. They apparently have the plan from Sprint fully laid out. It explains that there will be a public announcement tomorrow morning and an OTA rollout beginning August 1st. Android 2.2 brings numerous new features such as over the air sync and major performance enhancements.
