Facebook is testing a new design to organize all those "Happy Birthday!" wall posts sent to a specific person on their special day. This will work by putting all those messages together in your news feed into one single news story.

If your friends have birthdays -- I suspect they do -- you'll probably appreciate this new feature if they also have a lot of friends. A lot of nice wall posts for them may not be so nice for you and your news feed, and this aims to consolidate all those messages. It's still being tested, but look for this new change to hit your feed soon.
