The new Digg -- version 4 -- has arrived! This morning Digg CEO Kevin Rose tweeted about launch day today and about four hours after doing so, Digg is live. Right now it's fairly slow and error-prone, but servers are being added to improve speed and stability as this article is being typed. Go ahead and sign up because invites are no longer required!
