iOS 4.1 is now available on iTunes as rumored and brings multiple new features and bug fixes to iPhone 4 and 3GS and iPod touch 3rd and 4th generation (included on 4th generation). These new features include Game Center, Apple's own social service for playing games with friends and keeping track of scores and achievements, HDR photos on iPhone 4, $0.99 TV show rentals on iTunes, HD video upload over WiFi, and FaceTime calling directly from your contact favorites.

Bug fixes include performance enhancements on iPhone 3G, bluetooth connectivity enhancements, and proximity sensor issues. Game Center is also available on the 2nd generation iPod touch, but for unknown reasons, not on the iPhone 3G.
