Samsung Galaxy Tab Coming to Verizon for $599

Verizon Wireless has announced that they will be the first out of the four major carriers in the U.S. to sell the Samsung Galaxy Tab, a tablet device running Android 2.2. It will sell for $599 and will automatically come with the 3G signal built in. Whether or not you want a data plan to actually use it is your own choice. For 3G users, this will be $30 less than the iPad's lowest 3G offering. For WiFi users, on the other hand, it's going to cost you an extra $100 over iPad's lowest WiFi offering. It clearly comes down to your needs for this one. Oh, and whether or not you obey what Steve Jobs says.
