Motorola Droid Pro Takes Cues from BlackBerry, Officially on Verizon Tomorrow
Motorola Droid Pro was made official today and it looks to squarely aim at business users. It features a candy bar design with a 3.1" touchscreen display, Android 2.2, and a portrait QWERTY keyboard right underneath that definitely takes cues from RIM's BlackBerry. The hardware looks to be a bit more premium than the traditional Droid line, which is also another cue from RIM. Inside, there's a 1GHz processor and 5MP camera. It will be available on Verizon tomorrow for $179.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. It's a little pricey for this particular type of smartphone, but if you are looking for a business-class phone running Android, this may be the winner.
