Skype today launched a beta for a brand new version coming soon for Mac. Like Skype 5.0 for Windows, Skype beta for Mac brings a free trial of group video calling. Anyone with Skype beta for Mac or Skype 5 for Windows will be able to use this feature with groups of people. Also in the new beta for Mac is a mini calling toolbar, chat search, offline IM, personalized contacts, and the ability to quickly rejoin a call if your internet connection fails.
